Welcome to XD FIT. We strive to have a constantly varied mix of high intensity training, gymnastics, body weight movements, Power Lifting, Body Building, and Olympic Weight Lifting. Our focus at XD FIT is to create a community and environment where everyone is focused on the same goal – becoming more fit, and having fun while doing it.
